Training with Arrow Bandz
Training with the Arrow Bandz is easy. Just put the Arrrow Bandz on and get to practicing. Most people dribble a basketball by “pushing” down on the ball with the whole hand. This “pushing” is created by your flexor muscles (the muscles of the hand and wrist that perform flexion). “Pushing” the ball when dribbling is just not optimal for speed and accuracy when dribbling. ArrowBandz creates a rebound reaction in your fingers and hand by strengthening your extensor muscles (the muscles of the hand and wrist that perform extension).
Arrow Bandz creates a “plyometric” response for your wrist and hand. Arrow Bandz creates rapid dribbling responses by training your hand to remain in an optimal position. This optimal hand position also increases shooting accuracy.
Use the ArrowBandz for about 20 minutes EVERY TIME you practice. Wear the Arrow Bandz during dribbling and pre-form shooting drills. You will be amazed by the results you will get from ArrowBandz.
Training Stretches
As with any training program, balance is key. You will want to make sure that you incorporate this specific stretch at the end of your Arrow Bandz training session to help prevent any overuse injuries.
Perform the specific stretch for 1 minute and repeat three times.
